FLOORING

You may return five (5) or more unused and unopened, factory-sealed flooring cartons within 15 days: a 25% handling/restocking fee will be charged and you are responsible for the shipping charges.

INSTALLATION TOOLS AND MATERIALS

You may return unused and unopened items in factory sealed containers within 15 days: a 40% handling/restocking fee will be charged and you are responsible for the shipping charges. You must retain the original shipping tube/container.

UNDERLAYMENT

You may return unused and unopened items in factory sealed containers within 15 days: a 40% handling/restocking fee will be charged and you are responsible for the shipping charges. 

TRANSITION STRIPS AND MOLDINGS

You may return unused and unopened transition strips/moldings/treads in factory sealed containers within 15 days: a 50% handling/restocking fee will be charged and you are responsible for the shipping charges. You must retain the original shipping tube/container.

CANCELLATIONS NOT PERMITTED ON MADE-TO-ORDER TRANSITION STRIPS.  The majority of transition strips sold on our website are made to order. If the SKU number of the transition strip begins with : VEX , VE,  RSN, SLT,  SCAP,  VCAP,  QR,  MRQR,  MRRD,  MRTM or MREC, it may not be canceled after the order is placed.
