Installation Requirements for Floating Floors

All floating floors (Laminate, LVP, or Floating Wood) require movement space. The T-Molding facilitates this while securing the joint:

• Secure to Subfloor Only: The narrow leg of the T-Molding fits into a channel or track attached to the subfloor. Never fasten the T-Molding directly through the floating floor surface.

• Placement: The molding should be centered over the joint, typically sitting directly under a closed door or in the threshold.
