Quarter Round is a wall molding used to cover the expansion gap of the flooring along the perimeter walls. It is often used for tight spots like the toe space underneath kitchen cabinets. It also can be used in addition to an existing wall base if you do not want to remove it prior to installation. The surface material is laminate decor. The core is a heavy duty MDF.
